Проверка ЭРИ ИП на контрафакт
В настоящее время применение иностранной электронной компонентной базы в отечественных образцах радиоэлектронной аппаратуры (РЭА) является объективной реальностью.
На российском рынке электронных компонентов широко распространены мошенничества с электронной компонентной базой (ЭКБ). За изделия надлежащего качества выдается контрафакт и подделка. Применение такой контрафактной продукции приводит к резкому снижению их качества вплоть до полной неработоспособности. Избежать таких последствий позволяет лабораторная проверка электроники на контрафакт.
В соответствии с требованиями действующих нормативно-правовых документов проверка ЭРИ ИП осуществляется на основании Решения о порядке применения электронной компонентной базы (ЭКБ) иностранного производства (ИП) в изделии, в котором указано, что планируемые к применению электрорадиоизделия (ЭРИ) ИП должны пройти сертификационные испытания на соответствие требованиям отечественных стандартов с учетом модели внешних воздействующих факторов (ВВФ).
Чаще всего из электронных компонентов подделывают именно микросхемы, что вызвано их высокой стоимостью. Основные виды контрафактных микросхем:
Клонированные. Этот вид микросхем производится фирмами, подделывающими оригинальные компоненты. Чаще всего – это китайская подделка без какой-либо гарантии качества.
Микросхемы с замененным или отсутствующим кристаллом. Логика работы таких микросхем либо не соответствует той, что описана в сопроводительной документации, либо изделие неработоспособно.
Бывшие в употреблении, но прошедшие перемаркировку. У данных микросхем может быть выработан ресурс и надежность подобных компонентов очень низка.
Также у контрафактной продукции параметры эксплуатации не соответствуют заявленным. Изделия военной техники, в состав которых входит контрафакт, не выдерживают высоких требований, предъявляемым к ним. Это приводит к отказам изделий во время и после испытаний на стойкость к внешним воздействующим факторам, а также во время эксплуатации.
Методы проверки ЭКБ на контрафакт могут заключаться в:
Проверке внешнего вида (визуальном контроле)
Проверке габаритов и присоединительных размеров
Разборчивости и содержания маркировки
Проведение неразрушающего контроля активных элементов (рентгена)
Проверка номинала пассивных компонентов
Применение этих методов позволит сильно минимизировать риск использования поддельных электронных компонентов и связанных с ним негативных последствий.
